I am Petra.
The person behind Reconnect Coaching.<\/p>

I work with entrepreneurs, professionals and people with ultimate responsibility for whom relationship problems are not unrelated to functioning, leadership and life.<\/p>

I see what happens when private pressure mounts while work continues. When sharpness is needed but the head gets crowded. When someone needs to stay strong while the foundation at home wavers.<\/p>

That tension is no exception.
It is the reality of people who carry a lot.<\/p>

What my work is about<\/b><\/p>

My work is not about \u201cimproving relationships\u201d.
It is about preserve what is essential<\/b>, without undermining yourself or your life.<\/p>

I coach people who find that their relationships do not naturally grow with their development, ambition and responsibility.<\/p>

Not to go back to how it was.
But to work towards a relationship that suits who you are now.<\/p>

A relationship:<\/p>

  • in which you can be completely yourself<\/li>
  • In which connection does not come at the expense of strength<\/li>
  • in which proximity does not lead to loss of autonomy<\/li>
  • and in which the relationship is no longer a constant stressor<\/li><\/ul>

    So that you don't have to choose between success and connectedness.
    And so that your foundation remains solid just when the pressure is on.<\/p>

    How I work<\/b><\/p>

    My approach is based on IBCT (Integrative Behavioural Couple Therapy).<\/p>

    Not as a method to follow, but as a solid framework to see clearly, limit and deepen.<\/p>

    I work:<\/p>

    • structured<\/li>
    • tailored to the reality of your life<\/li><\/ul>

      No standard models.
      No endless conversations without direction.
      It does have depth, sharpness and clear steps when needed.<\/p>

      My role is not to rescue.
      My role is to bring order when emotions, patterns and responsibilities get mixed up<\/b>.<\/p>

      Reconnect Coaching is not an offer for everyone.<\/p>

      It is intended for people who:<\/p>
